Terms of Service
Using Blurt
Blurt is a capture tool: you type whatever's on your mind, and it gets organised into tasks, notes, and context using AI (specifically, Anthropic's Claude models — see theprivacy policy for how that works). By using Blurt, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials to yourself and for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it.
What you put into it
You keep ownership of whatever you capture in Blurt. You're granting us — and, necessarily, Anthropic as our processing provider — the ability to process that content for the sole purpose of running the product for you. Don't use Blurt to capture or store content that's illegal, or that you don't have the right to share.
AI organisation isn't perfect
Blurt's sorting is automated. It will sometimes miscategorise something, split a thought incorrectly, or miss a connection you would have caught. It is a capture tool, not a source of professional advice — don't rely on it for medical, legal, or financial decisions.
Billing
Blurt is currently free to use. If we introduce a paid plan, we'll show you the price and get your clear agreement before charging anything — nothing here commits you to a plan that doesn't exist yet.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
No warranty
Blurt is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its organisation will always be accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows it, Blurt isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll let you know inside the app.
